Strategically located in the centre of the city and close to the Silesia shopping mall, Katowice Business Point offers approx 17,000 m² of class A office space on 11 levels. Three underground parking levels contain 200 parking bays. Katowice Business Point has perfect access to the city's transport network. The project’s interesting, fully glazed design provides an excellent identity to the facility’s tenants, which include PriceWaterhouseCoopers, HSBC, Polish insurer PTU, media conglomerate PTWP and Polska Grupa Delarów. Katowice Business Point’s construction was completed in 2010.

Katowice Business Point was Ghelamco’s third Polish office building to receive a post delivery BREEAM certificate, with a “very good” rating.
